An Internet Company That Puts Customers First

I got pretty frustrated a few months ago with my cable provider, so I stopped my TV subscription with them. I was tired of the prices being raised every time I turned around. I figured that I would be able to watch all my favorite shows online, but that created its own problem. I was still using a dial up connection when all of that happened, and I didn’t account for a slow connection speed when I made my decision. I decided to look at alternative means of getting the Internet in my area, and I was really happy to see that I would be able to get Frontier Internet.

The reason why this made me happy is because I realized I would be able to have the best of both worlds again. I knew that I would be able to do a bundle package so I would be able to get my TV channels back. The one thing that I really missed with having the cable was having my DVR, because I could fast forward through commercials. That is impossible with how I was watching shows online, so I knew it would be nice to get back into my old routine.

The only reason I decided to add the TV bundle package is because of the price. I was able to lock in my price for three years, and that means that it will not be able to go up no matter what. I will re-evaluate everything in three years, but I have a feeling I am going to stick with Frontier. They just seem like a company that really takes care of their customer needs above anything else. With a company like that, it is obvious why they are getting so many new customers. Who wouldn’t want to be with a company who puts them first?
